In the year 2020, Our Founder Rijul Tawde found himself in crossroads of his career after dedicating 10 Years to renowned brands and establishing startups where he gained invaluable experience and insights into intricate world of hospitality and the structure to build successful hospitality brands.
A burning desire for personal fulfilment and creative expression fuelled the idea of opening his own restaurant became a beacon of inspiration. It was all about crafting delicious food in a unique atmosphere that reflected years of expertise and travel experience around the world.
The Restaurant ‘Knoshh’ with its unique menu became a testament to the founders journey over the years which showcase a fusion of flavours inspired by his global travels especially his month long road trip to around Tasmania and his personal liking of fried chicken and seafood.
